VEGAN SWEET POTATO BROWNIES
These were the first ever vegan cake I ever attempted, which means I've had many years to perfect the recipe. They are gooey, squidgy and tasty and include two of your five a day. They have a rich darker chocolate taste due to the cacao powder.
I love making these little delights and seeing the reaction when someone tastes them for the first time and realises how delicious they are. Be warned, they are very addictive!!
Ingredients: sweet potato, organic cacao powder, coconut oil, organic, fair trade coconut flour, organic oat flour, dates, date & maple syrup, GF baking powder.
