Hello & welcome to the tasty section of my site where you can see more information about my cakes.

All my cakes are vegan, dairy free, gluten free & cane sugar free and each one is individually crafted with a lotta love!

Where possible my preference for sweetening is whole dates but where needed for taste I use 100% maple syrup or date syrup.

I use whole foods & organic ingredients wherever possible. My aim is to make tasty treats that are as nutritious as possible.

Below is a selection of what I can make but please ask for other flavours. I make many other flavours and I am always open to experimenting and trying new things.

Unfortunately I can't guarantee any of my cakes are 100% nut free due to having nuts in my kitchen.

My kitchen has been approved by Aberdeen City Council as a catering premise and I have passed Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering and The Coeliac UK Private Sector Training Module.
