Vegan: gluten free: dairy free: cane sugar free

 

This is a delicious and refreshing combination of flavours. The sweetness of the mango goes so well with the tart lime and chocolate.

 

The bottom layer is a chocolatey lime base and the cheesecake is bursting with mango flavour. To top it off we have chocolate coated mango pieces. What more could you want?

 

Key ingredients: almonds, cacao powder, lime, mango, cashews, dates, himalayan rock salt and maple syrup.

 

All my raw cheesecakes should be stored in the fridge and will last up to 5 days if kept cold.

 

This is one of my summer favourite cakes but tasty all year round.
