By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly subscription fee at the then current monthly subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time subject to the terms of our cancellation which is described in the paragraphs below.
Automatic monthly renewal terms – once you subscribe and are part of the community, your monthly subscription will automatically be processed on the same date of each calendar month at the then monthly subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription you need to do that via your own bank/paypal.
In order to save unnecessary admin, I would request that you contact me via email email@example.com to notify me of your decision to leave the community, so I can remove you from the community page and any other content or groups set up for members use. If I do not hear from you and your payments cease without warning I will email you once before removing you from the community group and you will have no further access to membership benefits.
It is your responsibility to request to join the Members Facebook Page (via the link I send in an email after you join.) This is where all the benefits of membership will be posted.
I am committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information I collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. I request your name and address to enable me to provide you with an efficient after-sales service or send updates regarding your membership to Jo's Healthy Cupboard Community or individual workshops but I WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties. If you join the Jo's Healthy Cupboard Community or make a ticket purchase for one of my workshops I hold your name, address, phone number and email address. EVENTS OUTSIDE MY CONTROL
I will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of my obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside my reasonable control (force majeure event).
A force majeure event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following:
(a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; or
(b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; or
(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; or
(d) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
(f) failure by our suppliers to supply the goods to us which are required to fulfil your order.
My obligations under these terms are suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues, and I will have an extension of time to perform these obligations for the duration of that period. I will take reasonable steps to bring the force majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which my obligations under these terms can be performed despite the force majeure event. If I have been unable to resolve a force majeure event within three months I shall be entitled to cancel your order without penalty save for refunding to you the purchase price you have paid.
